Martin Nwike is Founder and Senior Partner at AL. Martin established African Land in 2019 with the specific aim of partnering high quality real estate opportunities in Africa with sophisticated investors that are willing an able to take a long-term view of the African investment landscape.
AL provides a unique one stop service which embraces property search and acquisition, refurbishment and design, letting and rental management, using sophisticated financial modelling to optimize returns.
Martin has over 10 years of experience in UK and European property. He has acted on behalf of HNW investors and Property Investment Funds and has an expansive real estate network in Europe and Africa. He comes with a wealth of knowledge, HNW clients & investors and many leading Global real estate experts as advisors.
After graduating from Cass Business School in London, Martin has become a serial entrepreneur with holdings and experience in African Technology companies, Wholesale & Distribution as well as Real Estate.

Darren Brown is a Senior Partner at AL and heads up the real estate development as well as search & acquisitions department for Ghana. He has over 10 years of real estate investment & development experience in Accra, Ghana; where, over the last 5 years, he has been critical in the acquisition & development of over $150M of prime, high-end real estate projects such as ‘Number One Oxford Street’ in Osu, Accra and ‘Kwarleys’ in Airport Residential, Accra.
Darren is an established businessman with a strong reputation and has built an enviable list of key contacts and decision makers in Ghana, and West-Africa as a whole.
Darren has enjoyed a high profile and prestigious career. Coupled with his extensive on-the-ground experience from an investor perspective in West African real estate, he brings invaluable insight, local market knowledge and guidance to AL’s operations and he is critical in formulating internal policies, strategies and objectives.

Chris Ifeorah is a Senior Partner at African Land, bringing extensive experience across logistics, trade and business development in West Africa. Chris plays a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic growth and expanding its presence across multiple sectors.
Chris began his career with COTECNA under the Destination Inspection Scheme, where he developed a strong foundation in maritime operations and the import sector. This early experience provided him with in-depth knowledge of trade processes, regulatory frameworks and supply chain dynamics.
In 2010, Chris transitioned into entrepreneurship, building and partnering in a number of successful small and medium-sized businesses across logistics, distribution and retail. He has since established himself as a well-rounded business leader with a strong commercial mindset and an ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
At African Land, Chris leverages his diverse business background, operational expertise and regional network to support investment initiatives and deliver value for clients and partners across the African market.

Andrey is a Partner at African Land and an International Construction Project Director with over 20 years of experience delivering high-profile developments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He brings deep technical expertise and leadership in the execution of complex real estate projects.
Andrey has successfully led the development of luxury residential, office, retail and high-end mixed-use schemes, working across multiple international markets. Over the past six years, he has been based in Kenya, where he has played a key role in delivering landmark projects that have contributed to the Nairobi skyline.
Prior to this, Andrey worked extensively across the UK, Russia, France and the Netherlands, gaining broad international exposure and a strong understanding of diverse construction environments and regulatory frameworks.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction and Project Management from Moscow State University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, London. Andrey is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and actively contributes to the built environment sector, regularly speaking at industry events on topics such as project delivery under uncertainty and the management of distressed or abandoned developments.

Chinedu Mbadiwe is a Senior Partner at AL and has 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Banking and Real Estate in Nigeria. Most recently, he successfully managed a specialist family office with substantial real estate holdings in Lagos, Nigeria, where he led to their restructure and overseeing the acquisitions, dispositions and development of their portfolio in Nigeria. The portfolio consisted of commercial, residential, retail, educational and hotel properties.
Chinedu is a well-connected and savvy business operator with extensive experience and local market knowledge in Nigerian real estate. He also benefits from his understanding of other major industrial sectors such as Energy, Mining, Finance & Agriculture.

Linda Onyechi is a Legal Advisor for AL and has over 10 years’ legal experience. She is a graduate with a bachelor's in Law at the university of Northampton and holds a diploma in Legal Practice from the university of Westminster.
She has been enrolled as a practicing Solicitor governed by the Law Society in England and Wales since 2011. Linda is also the co-founder and Director of a London based law firm, Titan Solicitors.

Ayodele is a seasoned property entrepreneur with a proven track record in impact investing, particularly within the social housing sector. After raising initial seed capital for a proof-of-concept housing model in London over a decade ago, he went on to build a multi-million pound real estate portfolio, consistently delivering above-market returns for investors.
He has acquired over £50 million worth of real estate globally, working with and on behalf of ethical high-net-worth investors. Throughout his career, Ayodele has demonstrated strong stakeholder management, collaborating closely with investors, national and local government bodies, and third sector organisations across the UK and Africa.

At African Land, Mary plays a key role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling client and partner correspondence, and maintaining organized systems that support the firm’s dynamic real estate activities. Her proactive approach and attention to detail enable the Partners to focus on strategic growth and delivering value to clients.
Mary has experience across administrative support, client services, and data operations, having worked with organizations such as Greater Washington Express Service and Solecraft Technologies. She is skilled in Microsoft Office tools, database management, and customer service, with a reputation for reliability and professionalism.
She holds a degree in Mass Communication and has completed several professional certifications, reflecting her commitment to continuous development and excellence in her role.
