Following exchange, AL’s Refurbishment team draw up specification of works and get approved contractors to tender.
We provide you with a detailed proposal and fixed price quote within the budget estimate at shortlist stage.
Works begin immediately once approvals are obtained and finish within 7 – 8 weeks for a one bedroom unit.

For a two bedroom unit, it takes 11 – 12 weeks. For larger projects, a fixed time schedule is agreed.

Rental offers received are negotiated and prospective tenants referenced and interviewed.
