Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Manager will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from beginning to end.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select and manage materials, equipment, and tools needed for construction.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate project progress and any issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification in construction management is preferred.
