Job Description: We are seeking a Certified HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across various construction projects. The HVAC Technician will ensure all systems are operating efficiently and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and regulations.
• Provide recommendations for improving HVAC system performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certification or license to perform HVAC work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in HVAC technology is preferred.
