Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in various construction projects. The Plumber will ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality, in compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues that require repair or replacement.
• Perform regular maintenance and service to ensure plumbing systems are functioning properly.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumber with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and tools.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certification or license to perform plumbing work.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in plumbing is preferred.
