Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate and supervise construction activities, manage subcontractors and staff, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage construction projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in construction project management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Leadership and human resources management skills.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
