Job Description: We are seeking a Site Supervisor with strong leadership skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction site operations.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction workers.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Monitor work progress and ensure project timelines are met.
• Inspect and review work to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.
• Maintain daily logs and reports of site activities.
• Liaise with project managers to update on project status and any issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certification or diploma in construction, engineering, or a related field.
