Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will perform various physical tasks to assist in the completion of construction projects. The General Laborer will work under the direction of site supervisors and project managers, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
• Assist skilled workers and tradespeople on construction sites.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Load and unload construction materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the site supervisor or project manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a general laborer in construction is preferred.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
