Job Description: We are seeking an innovative Architect to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning building projects, from initial concept through to completion. The Architect will work closely with clients, project managers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and adherence to budget and timelines.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with design plans.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to create detailed drawings and models.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team members.
• In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional architect license or certification is preferred.
